Our approach is very simple, extremely efficient and amazingly cost-effective versus the traditional, full-time CFO, W2 employee model.  

Our engagements always consist of the following phases: assessment, identification of ideal end-point, gap analysis, solution/resolution planning, execution, maintenance and review. 

While that may sound like a lengthy process, it can typically be done in as little as three months with as few as two working days per week early on in the process to one day or less per week at the maintenance and review phases.  

Please also realize 95% or more of the services we provide can be handled remotely.  So don't worry about not being local to Scottsdale, AZ.

Since we do not have the high fixed-overhead structure of larger firms providing similar services, our rates tend to be a much better value.
